Secret Program Exposed: Biden Administration Flew 320,000 Illegal Aliens to 43 Airports

The Biden administration has a secret program it uses to move illegal aliens around the country. The administration uses 43 airports of which it refuses to release information, even while facing a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit.

While Texas Governor Abbott takes heat for sending buses and planes filled with illegal aliens to sanctuary cities and states, the truth is that the Biden administration has been moving them around all along. DHS has kept its operations quiet. Often the planes land in the dead of night so that there is little attention drawn to what is happening.

To be clear - these are flights arriving in American airports directly from Latin America. Biden is flying illegal immigrants into American airports who are not otherwise eligible to come. The Center for Immigration Studies (CIS) is asking for answers

“While large immigrant-receiving cities and media lay blame for the influx on Texas Republican Gov. Greg Abbott’s busing program, CBP has withheld from the Center — and apparently will not disclose — the names of the 43 U.S. airports that have received 320,000 inadmissible aliens from January through December 2023, nor the foreign airports from which they departed,” a CIS report shared with Secrets said.

New in its investigation is the administration’s claims it is keeping the cities secret because it is concerned “bad actors” might “undermine law enforcement efforts to ‘secure the United States border’ if they knew the volume of CBP One traffic processed at each port of entry,” the center said, citing an email it received.

The administration's program allows Latin Americans to use the app and avoid going through Mexico. This use of the CBP One cellphone scheduling app is not well-known. The CBP One cellphone scheduling app has allowed 320,000 Latin Americans into the country since the app began being used in late 2022.

The report's author, Todd Bensman, explained that the app is used as a workaround for those otherwise ineligible to enter the United States.

“Under these legally dubious parole programs, aliens who cannot legally enter the country use the CBP One app to apply for travel authorization and temporary humanitarian release from those airports. The parole program allows for two-year periods of legal status during which adults are eligible for work authorization,” he wrote.

“Upon receiving authorization from Washington, they buy air passage to U.S. international airports where CBP personnel process them for release in short order. All are said to be responsible for paying for their own airfare,” Bensman explained. That can be thousands of dollars less and less dangerous than traveling through Mexico to the California, Arizona, or Texas border.

These Latin Americans are paying their way, knowing they are circumventing the normal immigration process to receive parole for two years and be granted a work permit during those two years. Does this sound like a good idea? It sounds like a loophole for people to jump the line over people who are legally entering the United States.

There is another program that allows CBP One users into the United States. The program “has brought in another 420,000 immigrants from nearly 100 nations from May 2021 through December 2023.”

The administration admits the programs now but will not provide information on which airports are being used. The reason for that is a concern over national security vulnerabilities. What about the national security interests of Americans? Is DHS to be trusted to properly vet those using the app to come in, a number that now adds up to over 800,000 people between the two programs? With the catastrophe that has been created on the border, it is impossible to feel confident that DHS has a good handle on any program that allows immigrants into our country, other than through the legal process that is already law.

According to the CIS lawsuit, the flights are going across the country. These are people who cannot legally enter the United States without using the CBP One app. They receive travel authorization and receive a temporary humanitarian release from the airport when they land. Welcome to America. You are free to roam about.

CBP lawyers responded to the lawsuit by claiming that revealing the 43 airports used in the two programs would expose information about the number of people arriving and the resources used at the 43 airports involved in the program. Yes, that's the point. Americans have a right to know what is going on. Remember when Joe Biden declared that his administration would be the most transparent ever? Good times, good times.

The countries involved in the CBP One app programs are Cuba, Haiti, Venezuela, Nicaragua, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Colombia, and Ecuador. What could go wrong? Let's hope CIS is successful with the lawsuit. Americans have a right to know.
