Safe to say Reform won.
Take the prospect of a Reform government seriously. Long way to go - of course - these are just locals.
But still - seriously.

Some genuinely seismic results beneath the national picture. Take County Durham. Labour lost 38 seats and only have 4 left. Reform won 65 seats, having not had a single one. The Tories lost 15 and have 1 left.
