The two-page document cites the “Violation Of The Georgia Rico (Racketeer Influenced And Corrupt Organizations) Act,” “Solicitation Of Violation Of Oath By Public Officer,” “Conspiracy To Commit False Statements and Writings” and “Conspiracy To Commit Forgery in the First Degree,” among other charges listed.

[No surprises here, at least in terms of what Fani Willis seeks. The grand jury is still out, apparently, so there isn’t an actual indictment — yet. Willis is using a dual-grand-jury process in Fulton County, so perhaps this is what the first grand jury produced, or it’s just a placemarker for if/when the real indictment comes down.
