This Is Pretty Funny, Actually...

Milo I-Can-Never-Spell-His-Name-Right Yiannopoulos is in ICE custody because it turns out that the guy is an illegal alien.

You can't make this up. The man who defined the Nick Fuentes-sphere before there was a Nick Fuentes actually entered the United States back in 2019 on a visa, was issued a deportation order in 2026, blew off his hearing, and now apparently isn't willing to leave.

You may recall Milo from any of his many incarnations, from gay conservative to straight Kanye West campaign advisor, who really does kinda fit the Christian Nationalist mold. He was a troll before trolling was universal. Now he calls himself a Trad-Catholic who is reborn as a straight man who is more MAGA than MAGA.

He still lives with the guy he married, though, although he says he is divorced.

On August 27, ICE arrested Milo Yiannopoulos, an illegal alien from the United Kingdom, at the Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport (MSY) in Kenner, Louisiana. Yiannopoulos legally entered the country on May 14, 2019, through New York City, New York. He chose to overstay his welcome in violation of our nation’s laws.

Yiannopoulos was issued a final order of removal by an Immigration Judge on July 22, after failing to show up for his immigration hearing. He will remain in ICE custody pending removal.

Being in detention is a choice. We encourage all illegal aliens to take control of their departure with the CBP Home App. The United States is offering illegal aliens $3,000 and a free flight to self-deport now. We encourage every person here illegally to take advantage of this offer and reserve the chance to come back to the U.S. the right legal way to live the American dream. If not, you will be arrested and deported without a chance to return.

So now Milo, I-Can't-Spell-His-Name is in ICE detention awaiting deportation, and he doesn't even have to be. He could have just left when ordered to, with cash in his pocket. The guy who called Trump daddy, hooked up with Ye, worked for Marjorie Taylor Greene, and who asked about the etiquette of how best to pleasure yourself when ICE or CBP arrested illegal aliens is looking disheveled in a detention center while the alt-Right suddenly discovers that deportations aren't so cool if it happens to your guys.

Me? I'm fine with the deportation, and especially fine with having this guy out of the country. He is a troll, and he will now be the subject of quite a few trolls by others, which is fair.

What's particularly amusing is that so many "America First"-types (don't get me wrong, I am all for Americans putting America first, but geez, man...) are looking for reasons to be upset at what ought to be an open-and-shut case. The guy has been lurking here illegally for...I don't know, actually, and apparently even worked for a Congresswoman and a "presidential candidate."

Perhaps that is why he couldn't get paid by MTG? That would be funny. That would be very, very funny indeed if he were an illegal alien back then. Unfortunately, all the details of his visa and refusal to leave are still unknown.

The hypocrisy is so perfect. I don't particularly care about Milo, but I do care about people being consistent. One of the things I often ding Democrats for is changing their tune when it suits their moods, and I don't like it any more with real or so-called "conservatives."

I've never understood how anybody could be attracted to this guy beyond the initial amusement of watching him troll the Left. It was an amusing shtick for a week or two.

But for years?

Of course, if I were him (and thank God I am not!), I would apply for asylum. Being sent back to Britain, where he will undoubtedly violate some speech law the moment he deplanes, would be a good angle.

"Please, Daddy, don't send me back to the United Kingdom! I will be jailed for speech!"

If he tries that, Homeland Security should look for a good third country.

Rwanda and Ghana will both accept third-country deportees, I think.

Editor’s Note: We voted for mass deportations, not mass amnesty. Help us continue to fight back against those trying to go against the will of the American people.
