Despite It All, They Will Continue to Vote for Democrats

Now I will grant that voters who still trust Pravda may believe that the problems are overblown, but as the Jay Jones win in Virginia shows, even when Democrats have all the evidence in the world that their candidates are very, very bad people, it makes no difference when it comes to casting their votes. 

None. For whatever reason, they have concluded that the interests of their class or their bizarre moral code require that they put the power that determines what taxes they pay, who goes to jail, and who gets off scot free, and where literally trillions of dollars are spent into the hands of corrupt moral degenerates. 

Adam Schiff is a United States Senator. Think about that. 

Gavin Newsom is a leading candidate for president. 

Joe Biden WAS president. 

Tim Walz almost became Vice President. 

Democrats will knowingly sacrifice their fellow citizens, sometimes only when it comes to their ability to live in peace, and other times to actual murder, simply to ensure that Democrats remain in power. How many people who watched that ABC This Week program and still went out to vote for Kamala Harris?

Every single Democrat. Bet on it. 

I keep insisting that many of those Democrats are good people who have tied themselves up in knots, convincing themselves that the alternative is the country sliding into fascism. They have done so for no other reason than that they believe it when the media tells them that this is so. Even though the media has proven itself to be little more than propaganda. 

These people remind me of the babushkas who, decades after his crimes were exposed, insisted that Stalin was really a great guy. 

The brainwashing is strong. 

Many of these people experience cognitive dissonance, which comes out when they say things like, "I don't approve of violence, but..." Or who will simultaneously express total support for free speech...except for speech they don't like. 

They HAVE to know that they are supporting bad people and bad policies, so they tell themselves that the alternative is worse. 

I had a conversation flying back from Detroit with a nice person who explained that she wanted all the illegal immigrants gone, just not with deportations. 

Then how?

A few years ago, when Biden had the border completely open, a friend of mine complained about housing prices; I brought up the 12 million new migrants, and he swore that supply and demand had absolutely nothing to do with it. He is one of the smartest people I know, and rejected the obvious explanation for ideological reasons.

At some level they have to know they are supporting policies destroying the country, and in some cases they absolutely and consciously know they are supporting evil, but they have convinced themselves that their votes are the only thing stopping the country from descending into a hellscape of white supremacists murdering immigrants in the streets. 

It's bizarre. 

I have some hope that the explosion in coverage of the massive welfare fraud will make an impact, but no hope at all that the impact will go beyond Independent voters who recoil in disgust. If Tim Walz were marched into jail along with half the Democratic governors in the country—which no doubt will not happen—Democrats would still march to the polls and vote for the next Democrat. 

Remember, they elected Jay Jones.
