Forget Jay Jones for a Second; Spanberger Is Really Radical

The issue that has Abigail Spanberger on her back heel for the moment is her continued support for Jay Jones, the murder-loving candidate for Attorney General in Virginia.

Spanberger is heavily favored to win despite her waffling on the issue of whether murder is an acceptable way to achieve political change, but what is doubly surprising is how willing Virginians are to ignore the fact that she is as radical on social issues as any blue-haired screaming harpy you see in videos online.

Unlike Mikie Sherill, who is having trouble in New Jersey (Beege has some wonderful articles on Jersey Mikie!), Spanberger is riding a wave of anti-Trump sentiment among federal workers who see a vote for her as a vote against Donald Trump. They would vote for a pedophile illegal alien who joined MS-13 to traffic young Mexicans into slavery, as long as they vowed they would defy Trump in all things.

And if they vote for Spanberger, they won't even have to justify pedophilia by claiming "everybody does it!" Bonus round!

Spanberger, even if she is not quite the worst human being on the planet, is close enough to see him not far down the line. In addition to supporting Jay Jones and his murder fantasies, she supports sex offenders being allowed in girls' locker rooms, and now has come out foursquare for medical murder.

While I personally oppose all forms of medical murder, I am not unsympathetic to the argument that people near death should be spared suffering. I both believe there are better ways to accomplish that than authorizing doctors to kill patients, and that the first step down this path inevitably leads to what we now see in countries where medical murder is common. In Canada, they are already recommending euthanasia to people without terminal diseases--PTSD, moderate disability, or even depression are now eligible for death treatment, and soon children will be able to kill themselves using doctors. Doctors in some countries now kill patients without their consent.

If you listen to Spanberger's argument, her position is quite radical on the issue. She endorses forcing doctors with moral or religious objections to kill patients, and mentions no limits to the practice other than the desire of the patient to die. She says nothing about imminent death, for instance. It seems, from her answer, that the only criteria is an expressed desire to die, and Catholic hospitals and doctors will be forced to kill the patient.

Spanberger's pitch to voters is simple: embrace your "rage." That is very on-brand for a Democrat, as is defending men in girls' locker rooms, and killing infants, the suicidal, and the infirm.

Spanberger, who is proud of her time at the woke CIA, spent years pushing the Steele Dossier hoax, and when you actually look at her record rather than trust her claim to be a pure pragmatist, you really do see Zohran Mamdani without a personality to match.

Spanberger is a radical. Her support for Jay Jones should, in itself, be disqualifying. But even if the voters can look past that single issue, it boggles the mind that a candidate with such an awful record and platform would be favored to win in any state that isn't so Deep Blue that the pedophile illegal alien gang member could win against a Republican.

Democrats are so laser-focused on opposing Trump that no other issue matters. Child sacrifice--fine. Forcing doctors to kill patients--fine. Putting sex offenders in locker rooms--fine.

At least she opposes Trump, and that is all that matters.

: The Schumer Shutdown is here. Rather than put the American people first, Chuck Schumer and the radical Democrats forced a government shutdown for healthcare for illegals. They own this.
