CBS Accidentally Shows That the Border Crisis Is About Human Trafficking

CBS News is running clips of interviews with migrants who were deported in recent days.

The idea, I assume, is to generate sympathy for the crying mom separated from her children (why did she leave them behind?) or the poor woman who just wanted a better life.

I, too, feel bad for them in an abstract way. But they should have known that we call it "illegal immigration" for a reason. They should blame Joe Biden, the ghouls at the UN and USAID who funded the illegal immigrant pipeline and the social services for illegals in the United States.

But this one clip stood out to me, because it didn't generate sympathy from me, but rage. CBS wants us to feel bad for this poor woman--and I do--without recognizing that her biggest problem was caused by the cartels who have been making bank off this US-funded human trafficking pipeline.

Most of you probably know that under the Biden regime, the cartels made more money through human trafficking than through selling drugs. They charge outrageous amounts--in this case, $26,000--to smuggle people into the United States, essentially hold the families hostage until they get paid off over time, and fuel the sex trade and child labor market in the United States. Many of those 300,000+ missing children have disappeared into the black market.

Our elite wants us to tolerate this because poor Guatemalan migrants are upset that they have been sent back home, but the real outrage is that our elite has facilitated this trade and profited off of it, all funded by funds that flow from the government to NGOs.

The NGOs are basically in bed with the cartels--both are making bank to the tune of tens of billions of dollars--using and abusing these poor migrants.

Does CBS think we won't notice the connection?

Probably, and many won't because they don't see the whole picture. What they see is a crying woman who needs help. That short-circuits many people's brains.

The migrant crisis is, among other things, a US-government-funded human trafficking operation that has been pouring billions of dollars into the drug cartels, exploiting people from around the world, and importing criminals who are now doing crime tourism, all for the fun and profit of people who claim to be doing good.

CBS wants us to see the crying woman. Think about why she is crying and who really did wrong to her.
