UNRWA Confirms That Hamas Leader Recently Killed Was Its Employee

I have written many times about the United Nations' close ties to Palestinian terrorists.

It wouldn't be an exaggeration to say that without the United Nations Relief and Works Agency, the entire Palestinian "refugee" grift would have collapsed by now and that Hamas and Hezbollah would be rump groups without much power to strike Israel.

Most people don't know this, but the UNRWA is the only UN refugee assistance organization dedicated to a single group. It exists to maintain the fiction that the Palestinians are a state-in-waiting, and its existence empowers the Palestinians to expend billions of dollars on its war on Jews.

Arabs are done with the Palestinians, but the United Nations keeps the chaos in the Middle East simmering, and intentionally so. The existence of Israel and its elimination is an obsession with the United Nations, which expends enormous effort condemning Israel at every turn while turning a blind eye to Iranian terror, the Taliban, and atrocities around the world.

The UNRWA schools teach terrorism, with actual classes for children that teach how to murder Jews. Terror tunnels in Gaza are built under UNRWA schools, and UNRWA teachers and doctors participated in the October 7th massacre and have been holding hostages. Your tax dollars are funding Hamas and Hezbollah and, through humanitarian relief, are currently building stockpiles for Hamas in Gaza.

Now we learn that the Hamas leader in Lebanon, recently killed by an Israeli airstrike, was also a UNRWA employee

The United Nations agency for Palestinian refugees confirms that Fateh Sherif, named by Hamas as its leader in Lebanon, was employed by UNRWA, but notes that he was being probed over his political activities.

Sherif was killed today in an airstrike on the al-Bass refugee camp in the southern Lebanese city of Tyre, along with his wife and children. Reports indicate he had been the principal of the UNRWA-run Deir Yassin Secondary School in al-Bass.

“Fateh Al Sharif was an UNRWA employee who was put on administrative leave without pay in March, and was undergoing an investigation following allegations that UNRWA received about his political activities,” UNRWA says in response to a Times of Israel query.

In other words, he was on leave from the UNRWA to lead the war against Israel. It is inconceivable that nobody at the agency had a clue that the man leading Hamas in Lebanon was also a top-ranking Hamas leader.

C'mon, man. How stupid do you think we are?

The United Nations condemns Israel more than every other nation combined. Think about that. More than everybody else COMBINED.

It's difficult for me to point to one good thing the United Nations does, but it is easy to see how often it creates harm. In a very real sense, it exists as a terrorist support organization, at least in the Middle East.

In the Western hemisphere, the UN is, perhaps more than the cartels, enabling the migration crisis crippling the United States. It funds the process, helping the cartels rake in billions and destabilizing the United States.

So it is no surprise that the UNRWA has Hamas' leader on the payroll. It is, in fact, totally on-brand.
