Fox is reporting at least six people have been known to have been killed so far.
UPDATE: Okay so far at 6:30 SCT the six were onboard the aircraft - reportedly the pilots, the patient, two doctors, and the patient's wife/family member. It had just taken off from the NE Philly airport, supposedly on its way to Missouri.
