You don't need to watch "All the President's Men," let alone grab a journalism degree, to sniff out the media's hard-Left bias.
It's as plain as the nose on Jake Tapper's face ... after he spent four years ignoring President Joe Biden's mental decline.
The bias comes in many forms. The topics journos chase like Watergate 2.0. Think Natalie Harp, the cancer survivor whose crime, to date, is being a loyal employee for President Donald Trump.
Or, consider how most media outlets stood down as damaging revelation after damaging revelation hit Dr. Anthony Fauci without an appropriate media reaction.
This Economist story's framing says it all.

So it's not a shock to see how Entertainment Weekly framed a gay comic rejecting the pronoun police.
Comedian Matt Matthews isn't hiding his sexuality. That's fine. It's 2026. He can say things like that and not suffer any consequences. That's progress.
Except Matthews stepped off the LGBTQ+ reservation. And that's where the far-Left EW comes in.
The site recapped Matthews podcast chat with "Speak on It" host Kandi Burruss where the subject of pronouns came up. Now, to the Left, there is only one acceptable position here, and Matthews ignored it.
How do we know? Read the headline and the adjectives on display:

Spoiler alert: Matthews comments were neither wild nor a rant.
“Let’s talk about you and your boo. When did you meet them?”
“Them? I only got one.”
“These days, I don’t know. I have to know the pronouns before I start talking.”
Matthews saw it differently.
“We ain’t got no damn pronouns up in here. I got a tallywacker, that’s a he. We don’t do all that s---,” he said. “I ain’t doing all that they/them, LG — that s---.”
Now, why would the host assume the person in question is referred to as "they" when that group makes up a very, very small part of the public? Why defer to that position, unless you're afraid of offending one microscopic group but not a much larger population?
Burruss tried to ask the question again, once more using a "they" pronoun. Aren't podcast hosts supposed to be good listeners?

When a gay comedian disobeys the far-Left playbook, it's time for a re-education, media style. Let's hope Matthews doesn't play along.
