Biden: "On Memorial Day, I Proudly Stood with a Black Man!"

President Biden and Kamala Harris went to Philadelphia to hold a campaign event. The event was to launch Black Voters for Biden-Harris.

What a disaster. The hall at Girard College, an independent boarding school with a predominantly black student body, was about half-filled, the press made up a large part of the audience, according to reports. The audience was pushed forward to make it look like it was a large audience.

When all else fails, bring out a marching band and Elmo.

Robert De Niro and Elmo have brought attention to the Biden-Harris campaign this week so far.

This was Biden's fifth trip to Philadelphia this year. It was his seventh trip to Pennsylvania, a key battleground state in the presidential election.

The pander to the black audience was strong. And racist. Kamala did her part to pander, too.

“Because you voted, we are investing more than ever in Black families and Black communities,” Biden said at a rally at Girard College. “It’s a promise we made and a promise we kept.”

”In 2020, Black voters in Philadelphia and across our nation helped President Biden and me win the White House. Yes, you did,” Harris said to the crowd. “And in 2024, with your voice and your power, we will win again.”

Biden continually referenced choosing people for his administration and his pick for the Supreme Court for the color of their skin. He reminded the audience that many of his choices were black people. It is cringey to hear the racist old white guy talk about black people because of their skin color, not on their merits or accomplishments or intellect. He told the audience he stood next to a black man on Memorial Day. Biden was referring to Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin. Good Lord.

I promised to put racial equality at the center of everything I do because I vowed I would have an administration that looked like America. Because you voted, we’re invested more money than ever in the Black families and communities. A promise made and a promise kept.

THE PRESIDENT: — speaking of the courts, because you voted, I was able to keep my commitment to appoint the first Black woman on the United States Supreme Court — (applause) — Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson. A promise made and a promise kept.

And I appointed more Black women to the federal circuit courts than every other president in American history combined. (Applause.) Every single president combined.

And overall, we’ve appointed 200 Black judges to the federal — I mean, judges to the federal bench.

And guess what? The next president — they’re going to be able to appoint a couple of justices, and I’ll be damned if they’re not going to — (applause) —

Look, if, in fact, we’re able to change some of the justices when they retire and put in re- — really progressive judges like we’ve always had, tell me that won’t change your life when jus- — Trump justices are already gutting voting rights, overturning Roe, decimating affirmative action, and so much more. Are we going to let that happen? We can’t.

'Black' was his word of the day. Notice he politicized the Supreme Court, too.

About half of Biden's speech centered around Donald Trump and MAGA. He argued about Trump's accomplishments in office, as though he was fact-checking Trump's stump speeches. He tried to scare the crowd with how horrible it would be with Trump back in office.

He claimed that Trump wanted to use tear gas on demonstrators who were "peacefully" protesting the death of George Floyd.

Those mostly peaceful protests destroyed property and lives in cities across America. The Summer of Love was violent and destructive, all over the lie that George Floyd was just an innocent black man killed by racist white cops. It is stomach-turning to think that the Summer of Love never had to happen if it were not for the story BLM and Democrats wove to set the country on fire.

You may remember that Kamala sent out a link on social media for people to contribute to pay the bail for protesters arrested in Minnesota.

And, there was this:

MAGA extremists ban books. Did you ever think — if you’re anybody over 30 years old — you’d go through a period where we’re banning books in America? They’re trying to erase Black history. We’re going to write Black history, because it’s American history. (Applause.) It’s American history.

Together, we make history, not erase it.

There is no book banning going on. Some books are removed from classrooms due to their inappropriate stories for young children. Joe Biden doesn't care about protecting children. His daughter said Pedo Joe showered with her.

Some protesters showed up at the Girard event. They screamed "Free Palestine." Protesters involved in the Abandon Biden campaign were outside calling Biden and Kamala "Genocide Joe" and "Killer Kamala."

My, my.

Things are bad for Team Biden. Six months away from election day and they are scrambling to stop the bleeding. Minorities are falling away from Biden in big numbers. Joe Biden is a racist. Black voters know it. Many of them have had enough.

If Trump holds the 20 - 23% support of black voters that some polls now show, it's game over for Joe Biden.
