House Republicans have decided that Hunter Biden should be held in contempt of Congress.

A resolution has been prepared that holds Hunter in contempt of Congress because he defied a congressional subpoena. That subpoena was part of the House impeachment inquiry against Joe Biden. The House included a report from the House Oversight and Judiciary Committees with the resolution. Republicans are ready to get this done. If he is held in contempt of Congress by the committees and then a full House vote on the floor, the case will be referred to DOJ. If he is found guilty, he could be sentenced to 12 months in jail and ordered to pay a fine of up to $100,000.

Hunter Biden pulled a political stunt instead of honoring the subpoena he was issued by the committees. He was supposed to participate in a deposition behind closed doors but he said he would only testify in a public setting. The problem for Hunter is that he doesn’t get to dictate the conditions under which he testifies. Democrats are not expected to make ‘yes’ votes. They are willing to protect the corrupt Biden crime family instead of protecting the United States.

They want the vote to happen this week.

“Mr. Biden has violated federal law, and must be held in contempt of Congress,” the report reads.

The House Oversight report identifies Hunter Biden’s testimony as “a critical component of the impeachment inquiry into, among other things, whether Joseph R. Biden, Jr., as Vice President and/or President: (1) took any official action or effected any change in government policy because of money or other things of value provided to himself or his family; (2) abused his office of public trust by providing foreign interests with access to him and his office in exchange for payments to his family or him; or (3) abused his office of public trust by knowingly participating in a scheme to enrich himself or his family by giving foreign interests the impression that they would receive access to him and his office in exchange for payments to his family or him.”

“The Oversight and Accountability Committee, with the other investigating committees, has accumulated significant evidence suggesting that President Biden knew of, participated in, and profited from foreign business interests engaged in by his son, about which the Committees intended to question Mr. Biden during his deposition,” the report states.

“Mr. Biden’s decision to defy the Committees’ subpoenas and deliver prepared remarks prevents the Committee from carrying out its Constitutional oversight function and its impeachment inquiry,” it continues

The man who pledged to bring back normal to Washington, D.C. has been exposed for some shady business dealings. He said for years that he knew nothing about Hunter’s business dealings. He said he didn’t receive money from overseas sources. He said he didn’t participate in Hunter’s business arrangements. All lies, as proven by the committees. There are bank statements, emails, text messages, and phone records that prove Biden is a liar.

The report and resolution is moving quickly and is set to be considered by the House Oversight Committee during a markup meeting on Wednesday at 10:00 a.m.
