Combs's lawyer, Marc Agnifilo, told the court that the music mogul was in therapy and was a good candidate for home arrest, which the defence had sought on a $50m bond.

I'm surprised, and I wonder whether an appellate court could reverse this. The charges are very serious, but it's not a capital case, and there are other options. Of course, Jeffrey Epstein famously got the same treatment. (And look what happened to him.)
