That second line appeared on Drudge’s site only within the past half hour or so. Before it did, Ace posted that he’d also heard tonight about a sex scandal involving a senator — a Democratic senator — that was set to pop soon. Follow the link for details. Spitzer’s meltdown would be hard to top, but if the allegations are true, this would do it. No word on whether it’s someone who’s up for reelection but it’s hard to resist jumping to that conclusion given the timing.
