The House voted in favor of launching an impeachment inquiry of President Biden in a vote of 221-212 on Wednesday. It was a party line vote, which is no surprise.

Biden’s statement threw everything into it. He even insists he is “determined” to “fix” the southern border. LOL! It’s a long-winded dose of Biden malarkey.

The American people need their leaders in Congress to take action on important priorities for the nation and world.

On Tuesday, I met with the President of Ukraine, who is leading his people in a battle for freedom against Russian aggression. He came to America to ask us for help. Yet Republicans in Congress won’t act to help.

The people of Israel are in a battle against terrorists, and they are waiting for our help. Yet Republicans in Congress won’t act to help. We have to address the situation at our southern border, and I am determined to try to fix the problem. We need funding to strengthen border security, but Republicans in Congress won’t act to help.

We need to continue our progress on the economy and make sure inflation keeps going down and job growth keeps going up. That means avoiding self-inflicted economic crises like a government shutdown, which Republicans in Congress are driving us toward in just a few weeks because they won’t act now to fund the government and critical priorities to make life better for the American people.

There is a lot of work to be done. But after wasting weeks trying to find a new Speaker of the House and having to expel their own members, Republicans in Congress are leaving for a month without doing anything to address these pressing challenges.

I wake up every day focused on the issues facing the American people – real issues that impact their lives, and the strength and security of our country and the world. Unfortunately, House Republicans are not joining me. Instead of doing anything to help make Americans’ lives better, they are focused on attacking me with lies. Instead of doing their job on the urgent work that needs to be done, they are choosing to waste time on this baseless political stunt that even Republicans in Congress admit is not supported by facts.

The American people deserve better. I know what I am going to remain focused on. I would invite Republicans in Congress to join me.

Oh brother. Joe Biden has taken more vacation time than any other president in recent history. How hard is he working? He called the impeachment inquiry a “baseless political stunt.” Did Democrats think that after four years of Russia, Russia, Russia and the phony baloney impeachment trials against Trump that Republicans would so much as blink an eye in considering a legit impeachment against Joe Biden? The evidence that is coming out of House Oversight investigations that show his involvement in Hunter’s pay to play schemes as he sold the family name and access to his father is certainly reason enough to open an inquiry. Biden deserves it.

House Republicans launched an impeachment inquiry in September while Kevin McCarthy was speaker. McCarthy did not bring it to the floor for a vote.

Hunter Biden is at the center of the impeachment inquiry. Hunter is a private citizen but his massive failure to file taxes with the IRS leads to the corruption in selling the family name for millions of dollars and shows Joe Biden’s role in the family business. There is no business, of course, it is just purchasing access to Joe Biden, allegedly. Hunter’s activities in Ukraine with Burisma led to Joe Biden, then vice president, to threaten to withhold a $1B loan guarantee in 2016 unless a top prosecutor was fired. That prosecutor was looking into charges of corruption. Joe bragged about it later. That story makes the claims against Trump and the phone call that launched the first impeachment look like much ado about nothing. Because it was. Nonetheless, Democrats impeached Trump the first time over a phone call.

The arrogance of the Biden family knows no boundaries. In Hunter’s case, the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree. He’s a spoiled brat, even at the age of 53. Joe Biden has a huge ego. He can claim to get up and work for the American people every day but no one believes he knows what day it is. Whoever wrote that statement for him was allowed to berate Republicans as the reason for his failures. He fails all on his own. So does his son. The impeachment will go on and then it will die in the Senate, as Trump’s impeachments did. But, it goes through the process and holds Joe Biden accountable. At least that is something, especially in this election cycle.
