Courts have struck down DACA ... again ... and it's still operating

So, how many times do the courts have to strike DACA down before the executive branch finally terminates a program it never had the authority to grant in the first place?

And will the Biden administration actually abide by this most recent court order? No way.

[It will first have to wend its way through the appeal process … again. The Supreme Court will need to rule on it … again. And in case everyone has forgotten, that didn’t go well for conservatives and critics of DACA the first time around. With the current court in place, it might be different the next time. — Ed]
