Tossing the Constitution: The Democrats' Latest 'Save Democracy' Plan

Democrats are very distressed that the Constitution exists. Marc Elias, the Democrats' democracy-destroying lawyer who helped cook up the Steele Dossier and who spends all his time trying to rig elections, suggested dissolving the Virginia state government because the Virginia Supreme Court ruled that the Virginia Constitution applies even to Democrats.

James Carville muses about upending the US Constitutional order to save democracy, and now former Vice President Kamala Harris wants everybody to brainstorm how to change everything about how the American Constitutional system works, including elections, Supreme Court independence, representation, and, for all I know, putting mRNA in the drinking water.

This all fits nicely with the civil war talk that is now common among Democrats, ranging from Hakeem Jeffries' brother suggesting that what we all need is a good race war, and the Democrats' favorite Senate candidate, Nazi-boy Platner, talking about the need for violence to make real change.

Hasan Piker echoed the violent revolution language, and Jennifer Welch told Democrats that they need to get on board with assassinating people.

NEW: Liberal podcaster Jennifer Welch suggests the Dem establishment needs to get on board with wanting conservatives dead or else far-leftists will come “after you in the same way that we come after MAGA.”

Welch: *Plays video of protester celebrating Kirk's murder."

Welch: "Listen up, Democratic establishment. You can either jump on board with this, or we're coming after you in the same way that we come after MAGA. Period."

Compared to these other Democratic figures, Kamala Harris' suggestion that we throw out the US Constitution—which she not long ago swore to uphold and defend—is mild, indeed.

Of course, this is the same Kamala Harris who did fundraising for the Minnesota Freedom Fund, which bails out dangerous criminals who go on to assault and murder ordinary citizens, so perhaps she is holding back on what she really thinks.

It is impossible to overstate what Democrats mean by "Maximum Warfare Everywhere All the Time." In many cases, it is not a metaphor but a mission statement meant literally.

Most of the items on Harris' to-do list are quite impossible without a civil war. Packing the Court is theoretically possible under the current Constitution, but upending our method of representation is not.

After the latest assassination attempt on President Trump, Hakeem Jeffries was asked about whether his "Maximum Warfare" rhetoric went a bit too far, to which he responded: "I don't give a damn."

That's where we are, folks.
