The United States Secretary of State joined just about everyone else in accusing the Maduro government in Venezuela of rigging the presidential election this week. 

Blinkin was very clear, in diplomaticspeak at least, that the results were cooked. Almost everybody around the world agrees--exit polls showed that the opposition would score a massive victory, there are videos of thugs assaulting voters and stealing ballot boxes, and early returns were showing a massive loss for Maduro. 

US Sec of State Blinken:

"We have serious concerns that the results announced do not reflect the will or the votes of the Venezuelan people. The international community is watching this very closely and will respond accordingly."

Then, the government declared that Maduro won. It was obviously not true, and Venezuelans are now expressing their unhappiness in the only way possible: tearing down Maduro posters and billboards, and filling the streets. 

Everybody knows the election was cooked, except one person: Kamala Harris.

Nothing about the obvious vote rigging, just an anodyne statement about standing with the Venezuelan people after their "will" was expressed in the election. In fact, it sure looks like she is endorsing the win Maduro claimed. 

Thousands continue to protest across Venezuela over the election results, accusing Socialist President Maduro of rigging the results after the opposition was projected to win by a landslide.

Venezuela is a communist hellhole and has seen over 6 million people pick up stakes and leave to escape the economic and political disaster that Chavez and now Maduro have created. Maduro has been flooding our border with criminals, and Venezuelan gangs are stalking Americans on our streets now. 

And Kamala Harris shrugs and says, "Whatever, the people have spoken."

Pre-election polls showed that the opposition was ahead by 30 points, yet Maduro claimed victory with over 50% of the vote. Not even remotely possible, and everybody knows that. 

Except Kamala.

It is impossible to overstate how disastrous this regime's policies have been. Mere corruption would look great compared to what Maduro has done to the country. People are literally starving to death there. My wife has aged uncles in the country, and two of them almost starved to death before being saved by a third one. Her cousins have all left the country, being dual citizens in Spain.

Maduro and Harris share a common enemy in Elon Musk, who was very critical of Harris' statement. Maduro, in turn, accused Elon of invading his country using SpaceX rockets.

People who don't know much about Kamala Harris think we are insane when we say that she is a communist, but in fact she is a communist. Her father was a communist professor, she routinely talks about ensuring the equality of outcomes, not opportunity, and proudly calls herself a radical.

Venezuela. She endorsed the election in Venezuela. Unbelievable--and mostly unreported in the United States, although the foreign media is reporting it. No MSM outlets want to tarnish the sheen on Harris, for obvious reasons.

The Biden/Harris regime has been playing footsie with Maduro, ensuring that it could reap billions in profits from its oil industry. Trump had been putting enormous pressure on Maduro, but as with Iran the Biden regime decided to open the money floodgates as if these bad actors would become our friends if we shoved money at them. 

The corrupt Maduro regime, empowered by the Biden-Harris Administration, has deprived the Venezuelan people of the chance to elect a government that represents them.

The level of depravity exhibited by Harris is so great that, ironically, nobody who doesn't already know can believe that she really is this bad. It must be Republican propaganda.
