Has Anyone Noticed That We Know More About Yesterday's School Shooter Than Crooks?

The mainstream media has already done a deep dive into the bizarre details of the perpetrator of yesterday's school shooting, and we have gotten more media availabilities from law enforcement on the events than we have yet gotten from July 13th's attack on Donald Trump and the three other victims from that shooting.

Why is that, do you suppose? And why have the media been so reluctant to pursue the story?

It's a riddle wrapped up in a mystery. Or not.

I try to avoid discussing school shootings by deranged teenagers unless there is some overarching topic. Unless there is a political/ideological angle worth discussing, it's nothing more than participating in the "if it bleeds, it leads" media fixation. In almost all cases, it was some mentally deranged teen with a twisted life and a twisted mind.

But the shooting of a presidential candidate and former president and the rather bizarre lack of protection provided him? That's big news, even if the MSM doesn't want to cover it. And the dearth of information about the shooter--and almost all of it being provided by whistleblowers telling Congressmen--that is a story that should be all over the news.

After all, the very people who were supposed to protect Trump are his political opponents, as are the people "investigating" the incident.

The latest twist is the until now unknown fact that the Secret Service didn't even protect Trump--sure, there were a few agents there, but the majority appear to be almost untrained Homeland Security officers.

Also notable is the bizarre fact that Thomas Crooks trained to shoot at the same range as Homeland Security agents, making it quite likely that some of the agents assigned to protect Trump that day lay next to Crooks as he perfected his abilities to shoot at a presidential candidate.

Does that mean they trained him? No. Does that mean there is a conspiracy that goes deep into Mayorkas' Department of Homeland Security? No.

But it bears scrutiny, especially because the men investigating the attempt were the very men who failed to protect the president, and Mayorkas is a political operative and scumbag worthy of contempt.

The media's lack of curiosity and unwillingness to pursue one of the biggest stories of the decade is notable. They scramble to dig up the most minute detail about a school shooter moments after the event but have been content to sit back and wait months to get a report from the Secret Service penned by the man whose JOB it was to make sure that Trump was never shot.

Millions of Americans believe it was an inside job, and the Biden administration hasn't even attempted to dissuade us from believing that. Everything they do looks suspicious in the extreme, and our bulldogs in the media just ignore that fact.

It shouldn't fall to whistleblowers and Republicans in Congress to dig up scraps of information about the assassination attempts. That is supposed to be the job of the media first and foremost.

Why are they so incurious?
