NEW YORK, NY – September 4, 2025 – Curtis Sliwa, New York City mayoral candidate, today addressed recent speculation about potential involvement with the White House, as reported by The New York Times on September 3, 2025.
Sliwa issued the following statement:
"The White House has not contacted me, and I'm not interested in a job with the Whitehouse. My focus is right here in New York. I’m the only candidate on a major party line who can defeat Mamdani, and I’m committed to carrying this fight through to Election Day. The people of New York City deserve a mayor who truly cares."
