That's awfully bad news. Having been through this three years ago with major dad, thankfully caught early and a much less aggressive form in only two segments, this has to be devastating. If it's already in his bones, I don't believe that surgery is even called for, which is why they talking about hormone management.

I pray they'll be successful doing everything they can with the new therapies available to knock this back.
