The FBI is looking into whether the man who drove a truck into a crowd of New Year's revelers n New Orleans' French Quarter, killing 10, has connections to ISIS.

The Ford electric vehicle was owned by a 42-year-old man from Houston, Texas, and had crossed the US-Mexico border just two days ago.

The truck had been rented out on Turo, and police are in contact with the owner who listed it for rent.

The gunman was killed by police after he slammed a truck into pedestrians celebrating the New Year, exited the vehicle, and started firing.

Also, it's now confirmed it was an electric truck which, as was just noted on Fox, is heavier...and basically silent. Those folks on Bourbon would have never heard it coming and with as much as it weighs, the carnage...dear God.

Questions raised earlier on X about the sinister black flag on the back of the truck - which had been either covered or zip-stripped by police - now seem to have more horrific implications legitimately.

Waiting on the press conference.
