They won't be alone -- they're just the most vocal about it at the moment. Be sure to read the letter, which notes at one point that if pro-life advocates had tried to even start something similar, the university would have acted a lot sooner and much differently. "By favoring certain viewpoints over others based on their popularity and acceptance in certain circles," the thirteen federal judges write, "Columbia has failed as a legitimate, never mind elite, institution of higher education."
