I'm a little surprised about the lopsided yes vote. I suspected it would pass but on a narrower basis that would allow Chuck Schumer to stall it in the Senate. It will be much tougher to do that now with this much bipartisan support in such a polarized environment, especially in the House.
I'm still skeptical about this approach, however, and the precedent it might set.
