[Oopsie! We can say “Even CNN gets that this is unconstitutional,” but that isn’t the argument in *this* clip. Poppy Harlow is arguing about a precedent being set. Abortion is not a constitutional right, especially after Dobbs, and so this isn’t even a question about constitutional primacy.
