Responding to a letter Holder sent Thursday to the House Judiciary Committee, DeSantis told Greta Van Susteren on Fox News on Thursday that Holder can’t “have it both ways,” testifying before the committee in May the Justice Department hadn’t prosecuted any journalists when Fox News reporter James Rosen was named as a co-conspirator in an affidavit for a search warrant.

“I still think he’s in this untenable position, which is why of course I’ve called for him to resign. It’s interesting, Greta, over this month we’ve gotten a number of people in the House who’ve also called for him to resign. We’re up to 122, and that list is growing,” DeSantis said.
