Just 21% oppose the continued building of the border fence.
Support for the fence is strong across all demographic groups. But while 76% of Mainstream voters think the United States should continue to build the fence, 67% of the Political Class are opposed to it.

The political class is pretty much against everything that the rest of America is for.

Here’s public works project the voters can get behind and it creates real jobs. Of course, the Dems’ big contributors who own construction companies might not be all that savory…

That’s why the “political class” needs to be reminded that they exist because and on behalf of the public.
Time to clean house and revise the rules of public service, these looting clowns are forgetting their place.

Relegate as many of them as possible to the private sector in November.
BuckeyeSam on July 29, 2010 at 2:26 PM
Well we will just have to get rid of those ‘political class’ critters in Nov., now won’t we! We vote and we are mad.

In addition, Congress should deny all federal funding to cities that provide sanctuary for illegal immigrants.

I like the comparison between mainstream and political classes, no matter what issue. Puts it right out in the open and defines the ruling class meme.

Tea party in DC on Sept. 12
Restoring Honor rally in DC on August 28.
I’m going to both rallies to personally deliver these very messages to the people in Washington.
Not that they’ll listen…. but at least I’ll have the satisfaction of knowing that I’m not just sitting at home screaming at my TV like I usually do.

UltimateBob,
Thank you for going to these two events. Sad to say we can not attend. Please go for hubby and myself also. Thanks.

It doesn’t matter if 100% of the public want the Feds to do their job and build the fence. The promises have been made for years with no results.
BO blatantly defied and betrayed the public by pushing the lawsuit against AZ. We all know where the administration stands. Our safety and welfare mean nothing. We have to obey the laws, but some don’t. Everything is about a narcissist’s whims with him.

Car bombs detonating just over the border have a way of getting people’s attention. Gaia help the demorats if one of those explosions ever happens on our side of that border.

I want a fence of people with strong guys and soft guys to make the strong guys look better. They will be in the order of strong, soft, strong, soft, strong, strong, soft.

Build it & they won’t come.

Sadly the political class controls 99% of the power.
angryed on July 29, 2010 at 3:44 PM
Yes, and they are unaffected by this problem. Republicans are just as guilty as the Democrats on this issue.
