“I don’t want them here. I don’t want anybody terrorizing my citizens.” 

She's still a Democrat, so of course, she makes a distinction between asylum fraudsters and crime-committing illegals when there is no difference. In my view, they all committed crimes (Illegal entry, fraud, etc). 

I bet she's changing her tune because New York is getting redder, and she'd lose against a strong Republican candidate.
