Legislation introduced this week accused Willis of being in an “improper relationship” with Nathan Wade, a special prosecutor hired by Willis to lead the election interference case against former President Donald Trump and others.

[This seems a little premature at the moment. Right now, Willis critics have the advantage in highlighting her politicization of the RICO case as well as her conflicts of interest. The state senate should at least wait for the judge’s hearing on February 15 to see whether the court will deal with the situation properly. — Ed]
