"No Labels": We won't run a presidential candidate if it helps Republicans ... or Democrats

“We’re in this to give the majority of the American people who feel that the major two parties are failing them a third choice, both in policies, such as we’re going to release in New Hampshire tomorrow, but also possibly in a third candidate,” he also said.

[Since a third-party bid by definition will inevitably give an advantage to one major party … why does No Labels exist in the first place? The only way this makes sense is if No Labels organizes itself into a major party, and the best way to do that is to, well, *organize*. They haven’t shown any signs of significant party-building, however, let alone petition-gathering for ballot access. — Ed]
