RAFT, which was established by the Jewish Family Service non-profit group, will assist as many as 2,250 San Diego families.
The plan was approved by San Diego County and announced last Friday. Officials representing the County Health and Human Services Agency were joined by County Board chair Nora Vargas and representatives from the Jewish Family Service to announce the plan.
