Fox News host Mark Levin accused the January 6th Committee of having gained access to his private emails and vowed to fight back against the “police state” tactics.

Levin called out former congresswoman Liz Cheney on social media, demanding to know how the committee “acquired 13 of my private emails.”
The radio host noted that the messages were “utterly benign” but gaining access to them constituted an illegal search.
“I did not even become aware of the unconstitutional (and) illegal search of my emails on my computer until the Jan 6 committee informed a lawyer working for Fox,” Levin revealed. “I intend to get to the bottom of this police-state crap, Liz. Why don’t you and the others just come forward (and) tell me?”
