A diversity training briefing given to soldiers at Fort Gordon, Georgia, featured an unauthorized slide presentation on “white privilege” that has prompted an investigation.

About 400 soldiers were shown “The Luxury of Obliviousness,” which described white privilege as something that “gives whites little reason to pay a lot of attention to African Americans or to how white privilege affects them,” USA Today reported Friday.
“To be white in America means not having to think about it,” the slide said.
“We have challenges with diversity. This doesn’t help,” the moderator for the military news gathering site Doctrine Man wrote Saturday on Facebook.
