The White House has quietly extended the deadline for people to sign up for health care plans by a day, to midnight Tuesday for anyone signing up for a plan that kicks in on January 1st. George Will, clearly frustrated with yet another arbitrary delay to the health care law, bashed the White House for not only the sporadic delays but the manner in which they are announced.
