Poll: Only 48% think it's possible to work your way out of poverty

It’s the second month in a row that under 50% say it’s possible for anyone to work their way out of poverty – and the lowest level of confidence to date.

A year ago, 56% thought it was possible for anyone to work their way out of poverty, and just 28% felt otherwise.
