Let me be clear: Obama set to lecture UN leaders this morning

In excerpts of his speech to the United Nations General Assembly released late Tuesday night, Obama defends the actions of his young administration as the beginnings of progress on intractable world problems. And he urges his counterparts to do likewise.

“Make no mistake: this cannot be solely America’s endeavor,” the president says, according to the text. “Those who used to chastise America for acting alone in the world cannot now stand by and wait for America to solve the world’s problems alone.”
