Welcome to our VIP feature for Hot Air as well as a members-only show in the Hughniverse! Duane Patterson and I now are doing a Week in Review show for Friday evenings, exclusive to members in both platforms. Duane has been the Generalissimo behind the Hugh Hewitt Show for more than two decades, and we have partnered on weekly commentary since 2007. And don't miss Duane's new podcast series and platform, Duane's World!

What stories topped your priority lists this week? The biggest story at the moment is the collapse of talks with Iran this morning. Duane and I spend a lot of time gaming out what comes next, and why an agreement is highly unlikely to be the result. Has Trump had enough time to prepare for Iran's response if he orders military strikes? Will our allies cooperate? We also discuss the developments in Minnesota, where "sanctuary" policies have been quietly discarded after Tom Homan made clear that only cooperation would allow the reduction of Operation Metro Surge personnel.

Also, the AMA and the plastic-surgery establishment has suddenly retreated from pediatric sex-change therapies, now that a jury has taken its first look at the issue in a landmark detransitioner lawsuit. Meanwhile, Kamala Harris does her best Steve Buscemi impersonation, while Gavin Newsom's choo-choo dreams go up in smoke ... literally!

Be sure to watch it all, and extend the conversation in the comments!
