Yes, Some Democrats Are Tired of the Hitler Comparisons Too

It's not many Democrats saying it out loud, but at least a few are standing up to the bullies in their party who are demonizing Republicans as literal Nazis.

The level of rhetoric is off the charts, coming from the party that claims to want to unify the country. Hitler, Mussolini, and Stalin are walking the earth again, spewing hatred and plotting to murder people, ban interracial marriage, and build concentration camps.

Many Democrats and media figures think this is perfectly normal because, well, Donald Trump criticizes murderers, rapists, and Venezuelan gangs. He makes policy proposals that vast majorities of the American people approve of, like deporting illegal aliens, and he pals around with known Nazis like Elon Musk and Tulsi Gabbard.

Donald Trump is evil because a comedian made a joke in poor taste at a rally in front of 100,000 Nazis sporting Israeli flags and dancing with Hasidem.

It would be funny--and indeed, it is the subject of plenty of jokes--but for the fact that it is clearly incitement to make a third attempt on Donald Trump's life. Democrats and media figures must know what they are doing--after all, these are the people who claim using the proper pronoun for somebody is akin to genocide--and they are panicked enough that they ratchet up the rhetoric anyway.

Some Democrats--and yes, there are sane Democrats--are tired of the rhetoric and finally speaking up. Mayor Adams, when asked about Trump's rally at Madison Square Garden, denounced the comparisons to Nazis. Nazis, you see, started a war that killed 80 million people and systematically murdered 10 million people in concentration camps.

They tried to exterminate the Jews. Trump's daughter and grandchildren are Jews. Orthodox Jews.

Donald Trump, on the other hand, has the backing of countless Jews who proudly fly the Israeli flag at his rallies, and Trump has been the best friend Israel has had.

Van Jones, who is as Democrat as they come, also recognizes that Democrats are alienating people with their unhinged rhetoric. There is only so far you can go before people assume you hate them and want nothing to do with you.

The Democrat powers that be are working overtime to convince their constituents (and the rest of us) that there is something sinister going on, but the fact is that it is the MAGA crowd that is having fun, embracing the future, and loving each other and America.

It is striking that the rhetoric has gotten so hyperbolic that many liberals are walking away from their party. Bill Ackman, Elon Musk, Tulsi Gabbard, RFK Jr.

It's a larger group than you think.

Many Democrats tell themselves that there is something especially scary about Donald Trump, justifying the rhetoric to themselves. They see a joke about Puerto Rico from a Trump supporter and this somehow translates into Hitler, not because they thought that up themselves, but because it is repeated endlessly by people they trust.

But many Democrats do not like what they see in their own party. Residual loyalty may keep them there, but they are neither feeling or seeing the JOY! they are told to project.

How many will break for Trump? Not many. How many will stay home? A few more.

We'll see. All I know is that the people who have been activated by the hate--the truly brainwashed--are insane already and will be insanely violent should Trump be declared the winner next week.
