I’ll deal with the religious importance of killing babies for Leftists in another post, but President Biden’s bizarre ramblings on transgender ideology during his Daily Show interview require a comment.
It is not "sinful" to prohibit the mutilation of minors.
It is not acceptable for the federal government to mandate that procedures like sex change operations be allowed for kids. https://t.co/YhPrrU5Poi

President Biden’s position is, to put it mildly, bizarre. Unless you understand this to be a matter of faith, not reason.
There is no and cannot be any long-term research on the medical procedures being done to children, because until recently these medical procedures had never been done to children. There is substantial and incontrovertible evidence that great harm is being done to children both with hormone and surgical treatments, and only speculation put forward by activists that any benefits will outweigh those harms.
They literally cannot know. Much of what trans-activists say is provably wrong, although I admit that without long-term studies we cannot judge the potential benefits without following kids who have already “transitioned” with long-term follow-ups.
Jazz Jennings, star of the docu-series “I am Jazz” documenting her medical transition from a boy to a girl, has been having a disastrous journey. Her doctors admitted in 2021 that they were experimenting on her and had zero experience with the process, despite one of her doctors being the head of the World Professional Association for Transgender Health.
Given this, how can anybody claim that this is established science?
In short, the president’s position is and cannot be based upon either science or even evidence-backed speculation, hence the turn to religion.
“Sin” is a religious concept, and ironically the president claims to be a religious man. A Catholic, in fact, although he has an idiosyncratic understanding of the teachings of the Church. All of Biden’s major policy positions on matters related to his faith–abortion, gay marriage, and “transitioning” kids deviate significantly from the teachings of the Church.
He may differ from those religious teachings as he likes, but that would make him a…protestant? Although he would have to look hard to find a denomination that would agree with him that opposing the medical mutilation and sterilization of children is a sin.
“Sin” is an offense against God, and the claim that God wants children He made surgically altered in a vain attempt to change their gender, shortening their lives, often torturing them with side effects, is an appalling take.
It’s not just the president. Drew Barrymore had the execrable Dylan Mulvaney on her show, fawning over him and eventually–I kid you not–getting on her knees practically worshipping him.
The body language of this is so crazy. She's practically falling prostrate before him. He joins her on the floor and she gets lower, desperate to demonstrate her fealty to the ruling ideology. https://t.co/DFX2DZQqMa

This is collective madness. The kind of madness that motivated the Chinese Cultural Revolution and the Salem Witch Trials. There is no thought, no reason, and no room for discussion. You are either with them or against them.
I know which side I am on. And it’s not the one that says that questioning the chopping off of healthy body parts is sinful.
