TMZ Has the Dirt on Pratt: Hey, Kids! Did You Know Spencer Has a Hotel Room?

Holy SMOKES

There is desperation. And then there's just so panicked that it's pathetic, and I'm afraid that's what these incredible revelations about Spencer Pratt are.

I thought the one yesterday - the bombshell - that Pratt had Xweeted that Alex Jones was an okay guy until you look at the 'gotcha' itself...and realize it's seventeen years old.

The tweet detectives smoked this one out of a June 2009 hole, when Pratt was 25 years old.

OKAY

But as with everything Pratt, it sort of bit them in the butt, because then everyone went looking for more, and what did they find?

Well, evidence that Pratt was headed in the right direction, even as a twenty-five-year-old, obnoxious reality TV star with a penchant for pugnaciousness.

Here's that same kid, seventeen years ago, wondering why no one is fighting about the Obama administration passing a massively expensive and drastic 'climate change' plan, changing the name of the bill, with no one challenging the facts and the science before it destroys American energy and industry.

Oh, HELLO.

Polar bears who were supposed to have all drowned paddling by on new pieces of ice.

Hey - that kid might have a future if he can keep himself straight, you know?

Now, I don't want to say that Pratt's performance at the debate has the other two major candidates for the office of Los Angeles mayor running scared, one of whom is actually the worthless incumbent mayor.

But the two females couldn't seem to find the time - or the courage - to make it to the next face-to-face event on the schedule, which seems to signal a blatant case of the yips in my book.

Mayor Karen Bass was the first to, um, twist her ankle or whatever the excuse was, not to appear. Councilwoman and carpetbagger Nithya Raman pulled out shortly thereafter.

But I think it might have served both women well to show up, as their public appearances in the interim have been disasters.

Raman's appearances have been met with chilly receptions and boos...

...which may have been why she felt compelled to throw the always pathetic, but no longer a kill shot, desperation 'fascist/mini Trump' card against Pratt.

Raman's cover has been so bad that even well-known Democratic operative Yemisi Egbewole tore her up in a recent CNN segment, while also giving kudos to Pratt.

Pratt has stormed into second place in the polling.

Mayor Bass has been on a weirdness campaign tour of her own.

I don't even know what this is.

Bass has joined Raman on the 'Spencer Pratt is hateful' wagon after her own weak and whining communist fashion.

She's 'concerned' about the social media posts that others are composing for the Pratt campaign.

...LA Mayor Karen Bass claims @spencerpratt’s viral campaign ads are “taking a violent turn."

“When your messages are so hateful, or when you demonize people, then you do provoke people who are unstable, and you can jeopardize people's safety."

The ads have been inventive, effective and wildly popular — and this is the best counter that Bass can muster.

Weak.

While Pratt has totally been ripping on the ad that the unions released a couple of days ago. If you'll remember, it warned people not to vote for him because he wanted things like 'more police officers.'

#TheHorror

This Pratt ad playing on that theme is a goof.

His transparency, sassy social media skills and supporters, fearlessness around the media, and openness to debating anyone, anywhere, be they fellow candidates or a hostile press, have put Pratt in a healthy spot and completely upended the dynamics of the race.

No one ever expected the TV punk to get out of single digits and, crucially, undecideds show signs of breaking his way.

Spencer Pratt is gaining major ground in the Los Angeles mayoral race, according to a new poll.

The former reality TV star had the support of 22% of voters, according to the poll released Wednesday by by Emerson College.

The independent candidate trailed only incumbent Mayor Karen Bass, who had 30% support, while socialist-linked Democrat city Councilmember Nithya Raman sat in third place with 19%.

The polling by Emerson, conducted May 9-10, found all three candidates seeing huge bumps in support as undecided voters make their pick ahead of the June 2 primary.

The number of undecided voters dropped from a whopping 51% in March to 16% in the latest poll.

Naturally, this means more dirt must be dug and flung, no matter how stenchy the shovelful.

Never one to shy away from a porta-potty, TMZ stepped into the void with a stinker today that someone thought would draw Pratt blood.

Is Harvey Levin, a 'close friend of Epstein's,' worried he won't get invited to city parties or something if Pratt wins? Is that why he'd sign off on something so boneheaded and obviously targeted?

BUT SPENCER HAD A TRAILOR IN HIS COMMERCIAL WAAH!

Yeah. On the lot where his house burned down.

And where his family can't take a shower, or the children cannot play safely.

Oh, this hit job is not going at all well for them.

There's a huge flock of scolding geese following them around.

And some serious concerns for the family's safety now.

If picayune crap is the best these muckrakers have, oh, boy.

In a sudden volte-face, the labor union that backs Bass and sponsored the ad last week is now claiming they made it purposefully to boost Pratt's chances, because he'd be easier to beat in the general than Raman.

A 30-second campaign video spot making the rounds this week claims to oppose Spencer Pratt in the June 2 primary for Los Angeles mayor. But to many viewers, the list of criticisms against Pratt seem more like a roster of his selling points for L.A.’s Republican voters.

Pratt wants to add more police officers, rein in the power of public employee unions and spend less on brand-new housing for the homeless, the ad proclaims. Those all seem aimed at boosting Pratt’s appeal among conservative voters, political analysts say — a strategy they think is aimed at helping the Republican Pratt, and not progressive City Councilmember Nithya Raman, make it into a Nov. 3 runoff with Mayor Karen Bass.

The Los Angeles County Federation of Labor, which is backing Bass, spent $221,000 in connection with the ad, according to a filing with the city Ethics Commission.

The Fed wants the easiest path for Bass in the runoff, which would be against Pratt instead of Nithya Raman because only 18% of registered voters in L.A. are Republicans,” said Fernando Guerra, a political science professor at Loyola Marymount University.

OKAY

All I can say is that they should be very careful what they wish for.

Sometimes things are not as easy as they seem.
