And do it without declaring an emergency

And this time it’s not even about the citizenship question
The party of no thanks
The Democrats’ deal is looking worse and worse
“This plan flies in the face of what most Americans believe.”
This fight isn’t over yet
“I had Nancy Pelosi tell me to my face that she would get this done by the end of the year.”
