Hillary emerges: 'I just wanted to curl up'

Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton emerged from her week-long seclusion to accept an honor from the Children’s Defense Fund in Washington DC Wednesday night. Clearly the event (which was scheduled and announced months ago) was expected to feature “President-elect Clinton” performing a victory lap at the non-profit organization where she began her career so many decades ago.

The American electorate changed that narrative thus resulting in a low-key, almost depressing affair:

That’s some hard-hitting analysis there, Bloomberg. Perhaps you should take the “News” out of your company’s name.
