Historic: Trump's Palm Beach Fundraiser Raised Double the Amount of Biden's Star-Studded Event

Remember that recent Biden fundraiser in Manhattan with two other presidents and lots of celebrities? The big headline out of that event was that the Biden campaign raised $25.5M. Good times are here again for Joe Biden, we were told.

As could have been predicted, the Trump campaign looked at that fundraising record and said, "Hold my beer." Saturday evening in Palm Beach, the campaign raised $50.5M. The level of historic fundraising at a single event has been raised.

Trump's campaign achieved this success without two other former presidents in attendance. No big stars were reported to have attended. The Biden campaign likes to say Trump is supported by billionaires, hedge fund CEOs, and other very wealthy people. Funny. Biden's campaign did the same but it tossed out some tickets for $250 in the cheap seats for the not-so-wealthy Democrats.

This was a more traditional kind of fundraiser at the home of supporter John Paulson. Tickets went for $250,000 each. Paulson is a 68-year-old hedge fund manager who founded his own company.

Let's remember that for all of Team Biden's trashing of hedge fund managers, Hunter Biden was one before going into the Biden crime family business.

It was billed as an "inaugural leadership dinner."

Around 100 guests were invited to Paulson's home for an 'inaugural leadership dinner' with Trump and 'special guests' Senator Tim Scott, Governor Doug Burgum and Vivek Ramaswamy - all former rivals of the presidential hopeful.

Attendees wanting a seat at Trump's table were asked to donate $814,600 per person as a 'chairman' contributor.

All donors were offered a photo opportunity and a personalized copy of Trump's coffee table book featuring photographs from his administration, 'Our Journey Together.'

Look at this hot take from Team Biden.

Tyler isn't the sharpest tool in the shed. He is doing yeoman's work gaslighting for the Biden campaign every time I hear him speak in an interview. Bill and Hillary are world-class grifters, Barack was pretty extreme in his ramming through of Obamacare, and Joe Biden is a racist.

Melania was beautiful, as usual.

Trump said a few words as they walked in. The new leadership at the RNC, including Trump's daughter-in-law, Lara Trump, also weighed in.

'This has been some incredible evening before it even starts because people — they wanted to contribute to a cause of making America great again, and that's what's happened,' Trump said briefly as he arrived at the event with his wife Melania Trump.

'The election is going to be the most important election we have ever had, the most important date in the history of our country that's November 5.'

'The success of tonight's event is proving what we already know: Americans are fed up with Biden's record of failure, from the open southern border and sky-high inflation to the migrant crime crisis that has made everyone less safe,' said RNC Chairman Michael Whatley and Co-Chairman Lara Trump.

'The Republican Party is united behind the effort to elect President Donald J. Trump, and Americans are lining up to join our movement and retire Crooked Joe Biden once and for all.'

Former challengers to Trump in the GOP primary, Senator Tim Scott, Vivek Ramaswamy, and North Dakota Governor Doug Burgum attended.
