U.S. District Judge Alan B. Johnson dismissed a civil lawsuit against Kappa Kappa Gamma sorority and the first openly transgender woman to join a sorority at the University of Wyoming. The war on women continues, especially on university campuses.
The federal judge, nominated in 1985 by President Reagan, found in a 41-page decision that the plaintiffs failed to state a claim against Artemis Langford or the sorority. Naturally, the man cosplaying as a woman to get into the sorority is pleased. His attorney released a statement.
“We are elated that the Court saw the allegations against Ms. Langford our way: as unsubstantiated and unbefitting of a federal court. As Ms. Langford outlined in her Motion to Dismiss, the allegations against her were largely unrelated to any legal claims the plaintiffs raised. But they are being used to crowdfund nonetheless,” Rachel Berkness, Langford’s attorney, said in a statement to WyoFile. “Ms. Langford can now return to campus and focus on being a student, rather than having to worry about potentially defending herself against bogus claims.”
Langford was admitted into the sorority last fall. In March I wrote about seven sorority members filing a lawsuit against the sorority for admitting him. Langford was admitted by a vote of the university’s chapter membership. Johnson noted the vote in his decision. Johnson said he would not define a woman and that the sorority is a private organization.
“The University of Wyoming chapter voted to admit — and, more broadly, a sorority of hundreds of thousands approved — Langford,” Johnson wrote. “With its inquiry beginning and ending there, the Court will not define ‘woman’ today. The delegate of a private, voluntary organization interpreted ‘woman,’ otherwise undefined in the nonprofit’s bylaws, expansively; this Judge may not invade Kappa Kappa Gamma’s freedom of expressive association and inject the circumscribed definition Plaintiffs urge.”’
In the legal complaint, Langford was referred to as “Terry Smith” and the women were referred to as Jane Does. Langford has not had the ole snip, snip to remove his male genitalia. He’s a dude and he creeps out many of the sorority sisters in the sorority house. He is 21 years old, 6 feet, 2 inches tall, and weighs 260 pounds. He also has a profile on Tinder where he seeks women. He’s a staff writer for a local paper.
It’s hard not to think he’s punking everyone, as I said in March. Both he and the sorority want to make history. This is a young man on Tinder who dates women (or tries to) and once he moves into the sorority house will share showers and bathrooms with the others. There are no locks on the shower facilities and there is not a private changing area. Sorority members said he sits around and “watches” them.
The sorority members filed the lawsuit on March 27 against the sorority and its council president, Mary Pat Rooney. They asked that the court void Langford’s membership in KKG.
In May the sorority sisters were saying they were afraid in their own sorority house and Langford would often become visibly aroused by them. Gosh, who could have predicted that?
In June the sorority doubled down on transgender membership. They asked the court to dismiss the “frivolous” lawsuit.
So, here we are. The sorority and the guy got what they wanted. The war on women continues. Safe spaces and private areas for women are slowly being erased. Women’s sports and women’s private organizations are being co-opted by transgender activism. Whatever happened to empowering women? Why is an organization that has been exclusively for women since 1870 now admitting men? It’s a social organization and it is voluntary.
You will be made to accept this perversion. Men who are sexually aroused by women cannot be normalized into a sorority in a healthy society. Women have a right to privacy, to their own spaces, where they can live with their sorority sisters. Where are the parents who are paying the room and board at the sorority house? Why are they going along with this nonsense? If they spoke out and supported their daughters who filed the lawsuit, more parents would come forward, too. That is how it works – a few speak out and then public opposition grows. Where does it all stop? When women are eliminated from everything, everywhere?
If a stop to all this doesn’t begin happening now, then when? Soon there will be no stopping it at all.
