On December 4, the Supreme Court heard oral arguments in United States v Skrmetti to consider whether a Tennessee law that bans transgender surgeries for minors is protected by the Constitution. Though the push to normalise child mutilation in the name of trans ideology began years ago with an arrogant sense of inevitability, normalisation is the very thing that has exposed its ugly nature. Normal people see this butchery for what it is, and they want it eradicated.
The origins of the Supreme Court case lie back in September 2022, when I published an investigation into Tennessee’s most prestigious hospital – Vanderbilt – exposing staff’s nefarious conduct when dealing with children who seek hormone replacement therapy and surgeries. This prompted Tennessee lawmakers to enact legislation preventing more Tennessee children from being subjected to such butchery.
But the American Civil Liberties Union and the Biden administration have fought these protections all the way to America’s highest court. While the radical Left claims this case is about children’s rights, it is actually about three very basic truths – biology is real, it is our society’s most fundamental and essential duty to protect its children, and gender ideology is a sinister and unique threat to children in particular.
Biology is immutable. It is not subject to the whims of any individual or government or medical organisation. Men are men, women are women. You cannot change a person’s biological identity. You cannot change their sex. And you should not try.
