That letting the other side talk its way into the ground might be Trump’s best strategy is the message from a Kamala Harris ad I saw today. [UPDATE: I now understand that the ad was not put out by the Harris campaign per se but by an allied group working with her]. The ad is designed, I guess, to show that the Vice President understands and values men — this against the backdrop of polling that Trump is winning the male vote (while losing women).
The ad is a minute and a half, and is worth your time if you want to know how thoroughly Ms. Harris does not understand men — either that or affirmatively detests them as idiots, wahoos and weirdos. It’s as if the ad were scripted by someone who never actually met a man and “learned” about them only by reading a bunch of feminist screeds[.]
