Ed Morrissey

Hasn't he always been a Dem-Manchin-Ican? That has certainly been true since the 2020 election made him the fulcrum of the Senate -- and that has paid off for the GOP at times, on the filibuster as well as blocking a few egregious Biden nominees. 

Why do this now, though, if he's not running for office? Or is he?
