Does anyone in the Biden orbit think that airing all of these issues in court in a lawsuit will make this any better? Hunter will have to testify in this lawsuit; there is no Fifth Amendment in civil suits, especially for the plaintiffs. That means the defense will get access to all sorts of discovery and will have lots of opportunity to set perjury traps for Biden. 

In short, this is an insane strategy, especially against a deep-pocket corporation like News Corp. They must be trying to get a settlement offer out of the Murdochs. Will that work? Color me skeptical.
