At least three people are dead as police continue to investigate an active shooter situation in Falls Township, Pennsylvania, according to multiple reports.

“There is an active shooter alert in Falls Township — we are monitoring a carjacking and a shooting in two sections of Falls Township.  I’m in touch with law enforcement officials as they pursue the suspect,” Rep. Brian Fitzpatrick, R-Pa., confirmed on X.

Officials have issued a shelter-in-place order for Bucks County residents.

The Middletown Police Department confirmed there are several gunshot victims. It remains unknown if the shootings are targeted or random.
