Brazil’s socialist president, Lula da Silva, has thrown another economic lifeline to his idols and mentors in Cuba, the corrupt, oppressive, and murderous Castro dictatorship. No less than 12 programs that will fund the Cuban regime and its machine of repression have been announced by da Silva, who himself is an ex-con who served prison time in Brazil for money laundering and corruption. This is socialism in action.

The Minister of State for Agrarian Development and Family Farming of Brazil, Paulo Teixeira, announced in Havana the upcoming signing of 12 projects with which he will help finance the dictatorship of Cuba, thus marking a new chapter in the bilateral relations between both nations, following the rise to power of the socialist Lula da Silva.
